The ANMF (SA Branch) is a powerful professional and industrial organisation representing Nurses, Midwives and Personal Care Assistants across South Australia. We are an energetic team comprising the Secretary, Organisers, Industrial Officers, training and support staff. Members of the ANMF (SA Branch) play a critical role in the union and membership and member activism ensures that the ANMF (SA Branch) can continue to protect, develop and empower Nurses, Midwives and Personal Care Assistants both now and into the future. Branch Secretary | Elizabeth Dabars Elizabeth holds a strong passion to promote and advance the professional and industrial interests of nurses and midwives and Personal Care Assistants. During her undergraduate years, Elizabeth worked as a Personal Care Assistant. Once a Registered Nurse, she worked in both metropolitan and country health settings including acute and aged care. On becoming increasingly concerned with a range of professional and workplace issues, she completed degrees in education and law. Elizabeth has acted as an ANMF (SA Branch)Worksite Representative, Organiser, Industrial Officer and, since graduating from Law, a Nurse Solicitor with the ANMF (SA Branch)and Duncan Basheer Hannon, providing legal advice to many ANMF (SA Branch)members. As Branch Secretary, Elizabeth aims to work with members to achieve the vision of the ANMF (SA Branch)to achieve professional and industrial outcomes worthy of our profession and to create the future that our members seek and so justly deserve. |

| Rob Bonner Manager, Education Services and Strategic Planning Rob Bonner is currently the Manager of Education Services & Strategic Planning for the SA Branch of ANF. In this role Rob manages the Nursing Industry Skills Centre which delivers courses in Enrolled nursing, Aged Care, Home and Community Care and Allied Health Assistance work as well as a professional development program for members generally. His role also includes planning the strategic leadership of the SA Branch’s industrial and servicing programs which include wages and conditions bargaining, member representations and provision of legal services. Current areas of development and research include staffing arrangements and their impact on client and worker safety and nursing/midwifery led services in primary and hospital/residential care settings. He is also the current Chair of the SA Health & Community Services Skills Board and a Board member on the National Community Services & Health Skills Council. These organizations provide advice to State and National governments regarding workforce development and training and provide leadership in the development of vocational education for the health and community services industries. Rob has worked for the ANMF (SA Branch)in a variety of roles since 1986 years and before that worked for the (now) Liquor Hospitality & Miscellaneous Union in the health sector. His original training was in primary teaching. |

| Di Wickett Professional Officer As Professional Officer Di addresses the professional issues that affect nurses and midwives. Part of this role incorporates challenging systems and developing and enhancing nursing and midwifery practice. Di has a wealth of experience in nursing, education and regulation. Her most recent appointments have been the Director, Education Royal District Nursing Service SA and Manager of Registrations and Investigations with the Nurses Board of South Australia. She is also the past Chair of the Royal College Nurses Association Australia and is active in a range of nursing networks. |

| Mandi Collett Human Resources and Facilities Manager Mandi has worked for the ANMF (SA Branch)for over 20 years within the areas of Membership, Information Technology, Human Resources and more recently the development of the ANMF (SA Branch’s) new facility at 191 Torrens Rd, Ridleyton. Her role includes the management and maintenance of the building, including the coordination of meeting rooms and classes for the Nursing Industry Skills Centre and other external groups. Mandi also works with the ANF (SA Branch) team to provide appropriate physical and human resources so that staff are able to meet the ANF ’s goals and objectives. |
